The symbolic meaning about wearing a Tiffany bracelet

July 11th, 2009

Well…I’m sure that women buy themselves those bracelets sometimes, but more often than not it was a gift. Even then though, it could have been a gift from a friend, mother, or bridal party gift, so it does not always mean they are taken. I have a Tiffanys necklace that my husband bought me, which definitely represents the fact that I am taken, but I don’t wear it specifically for the reason of saying “I’m taken.” I wear it because it was a gift from my husband and I charish it. The only piece of jewelery that says “I’m taken” for sure is an engagement or wedding ring.
